About the event

Welcome to the 2023 Witch's Market for our Witch's Ball event! 

We are striving to create the most magickal Witches Market possible! Multi-level sellers (e.g. Scentsy, Herbalife, doTERRA) will not be accepted. We are looking for skilled artists and vendors of various mediums with a Witch aesthetic to be part of the market. Service providers are also welcome, including readers, massage and reiki.

To become a vendor, please submit your application along with payment by midnight on Saturday, September 30th. Spaces are limited and we may fill up before the application deadline. Once we are full, we will offer a waiting list in case of cancellations. 

Readers & Mediums

You have additional options to participate in this year's event! Be a reader during our daytime Witch's Market from 9am-2pm, or be a reader or medium during our event event, the Witch's Ball & Masquerade, for guests either one-on-one or in small groups as you desire. Attend and participate in the dinner and Ball through the evening between clients or set your schedule as desired!

Vendor Hours: 9am - 2pm

The Witches' Market is open to magickal vendors wishing to offer their spiritual goods and services to an audience interested in all things mystical.

There will be prizes and other events to draw in shoppers, including workshops, shopper punch cards, trick or treating, crafting stations and raffles.

When:  9am – 2pm or 7pm-11pm (readers & mediums only), Friday, October 27th

Where: The Hilton Garden Inn at 1741 Harrison St N, Twin Falls, ID 83301

What:   Space for an 6' by 30" table and space for two chairs (provided)

Who Can Vend?

  • Retailers Featuring Magical or Metaphysical Products Many of our area's visitors are practicing Witches, may only dabble or are interested in modern Witchcraft, so products that are easy to understand sell better! Candles, incense, magical tools, robes, capes, herbs, crystals, statuary, jewelry (pentacles!) and even gothwear is acceptable!
  • Aura Photographers This is always a fun thing for visitors and they LOVE it!
  • Educational or Non-Profit Booths Those wishing to education about their tradition, school, or Witch/Pagan activism.

Vending Rate:

  • $60 Vendor Only
  • $85 Vendor + 1 ticket to the Witch's Ball (The Witch's Ball begins at 6:30pm, tickets are $65 for the public) [we allow one vending space per business​] 

Note: Vendors get a one-time special discount on one ticket for the Witch's Ball (a savings of $40). If you select Vendor Only and pay for your space you can still purchase a ticket later at any time at the full rate while tickets are available. Vendor tickets for the Witch's Ball must match the vendor's name and can not be transferred or sold.  Lodging: Click this link to book with special room rates at the Hilton for our event guests and vendors.

We provide you with:

  • Indoor temperature controlled space
  • An 6 x 6 foot vendor space
  • One 6 foot by 30 inch banquet table and two chairs
  • Electicity if needed
  • WiFi

You need to bring:

  • Any additional tables you need
  • Power cords or extension cords if needed

    For Readers & Mediums ONLY. Includes a table and chair for reading located just outside the main event room to allow for additional privacy. All transactions are between you and your customers and you keep all your earnings. Ticket includes entry and dinner to the Witch's Ball where you can divide your time between readings and participating in the event based on the schedule you prefer.
